- 01Export from WhatsApp
- 02Open in WhatStats
- 03Saved chat analyses
How it works
The chat list keeps imported analyses separate. Reopen an existing receipt or delete a saved analysis from the list.
Step by step
Finish analyzing a supported chat export.
Return to the chat list and open the saved chat again. Use the deletion action when you no longer need it.
After deletion, check that the analysis is no longer listed.
What to keep in mind
Saved statistics are not a WhatsApp backup. No cross-device sync or restore into WhatsApp is established. Keep an independent copy of exports you want to preserve.
The sample chat is fully unlocked. Your own first analysis is free; Pro unlocks full Wrapped, sharing and unlimited analyses.
Questions and answers
What do the statistics actually measure?
Results describe the successfully parsed messages in the imported file. Missing history affects totals. Response times and conversation endings are timestamp rules, not read receipts or evidence of feelings.
Can I analyze more than one chat?
Your first analysis is free. Pro unlocks unlimited analyses, full Wrapped and sharing. See the app for current local prices. Each imported chat is analyzed separately; multiple chats in one archive are not a verified import path.
